hello my name is jorge, personal chef

You see no matter what I did for a living. I would always come back to the local restaurant. In the past I worked in both FRONT OF HOUSE and BACK OF HOUSE. Working in back of house helped me have an appreciation for those cooks that would prepare the meals that i would have. working in the FRONT OF HOUSE helped me to provide a better service to my customers.

Now in days I’m using all my skills to try and provide the best possible service I can muster. While the time I’ve spent at my current employment is well spent. I can’t help but feel like something is missing.

The next step for me is to branch out on my own. It is thanks to my close friends that I entertained the idea. To the people I’m to meet in the very near feature “Hello, my name is Jorge E. Vasquez it is my pleasure to have meet your acquaintance”
